The eight-story Crosspoint Atrium at 8131 LBJ Freeway is at the northwest corner of LBJ and U.S. Highway 75.
Built in 1980, the 232,000-square-foot office building is more than 60% leased to a variety of tenants.
Frisco-based Gateway Partners LLL, headed by investor Noel Yi, acquired the building from a partnership set up by SkyWalker Property Partners of Arlington. SkyWalker Property had owned the building since 2019 and spend about $1.3 million in upgrades to the property.“MultiTenant office buildings present challenges these days, so we decided to pare back our investments in that sector,” William Welder, acquisitions director for SkyWalker Property, said in a statement.
