NSW Arts Minister Don Harwin has resigned after he was fined $1,000 by police for breaching coronavirus lockdown rules by staying at his holiday home.
"I will not allow my circumstances to be a distraction from that work and I very much regret that my residential arrangements have become an issue during this time. NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller had earlier said police would investigate the matter, noting there was photographic evidence of another person in the holiday home.
