The Blues' hand was forced after Nathan Cleary injured his hamstring in Penrith's win over the Dragons in round 14. Cook replaces the injured Api Koroisau.Cook has played 15 games for NSW since 2018, but was left out in favour of Api Koroisau for the start of this year's series. However, Koroisau suffered a badly broken jaw while tackling Tino Fa'asuamaleaui in the first half of Wests Tigers' loss to Gold Coast.
