NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro says he is considering a tilt at federal politics after reports Labor's Eden-Monaro MP Mike Kelly is considering retirement.Mr Barilaro, who has long been linked to the seat, said he is open to the idea.“I am not ruling anything out,” he said on Sunday.“Mike [Kelly] is a friend of mine and I have always been focused on his health and I want him make his decision before I make mine”.

NSW Transport Minister Andrew Constance is another name who has been linked to the southern NSW seat previously.
