From Wednesday to Friday, a severe heatwave will sweep across most of NSW, causing deteriorating conditions for firefighters nswfires
The smoke haze will continue to blanket the city, with western Sydney to see the worst of it as northerly winds pushing smoke across the region.
More than 1500 firefighters were tackling the blazes and there was no let-up on the horizon, Greg Allan from the RFS said."We will see conditions deteriorate with worsening weather early into mid-next week. We're going to be seeing a lot more higher temperatures across the state," he said. From Wednesday to Friday, a broad area of severe heatwave conditions sweeps across most of NSW, with extreme conditions over parts of southern NSW.
