New South Wales has recorded 105 new locally acquired cases of Covid-19, premier Gladys Berejiklian has revealed, with 27 of those new cases were active in the community while infectious.
A woman in her 90s from southeast Sydney died on Saturday with NSW Health “extending its sincere sympathies to her family.”
Concerningly, Premier Gladys Berejiklian revealed 27 of the new cases were active in the community while infectious. The numbers come as greater Sydney and NSW experiences the toughest restrictions of the entire pandemic. “We are throwing everything at this. We want to come out of this lockdown as soon as possible. We want to make sure that we allow families and businesses in particular to bounce back as soon as we can and that is why we are throwing everything at it in the next two weeks.”
