The tenure of Stuart Ayres as Trade and Investment and Sports Minister in the NSW Perrottet government might be coming to an end, Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says.
Mr Clennell said a review outsourced to former public service commission chief Graeme Head into John Barilaro’s New York Trade posting will decide Mr Ayres’ fate as a minister.
“The premier is due to get it this week and the jig could be up with an opportunity for the premier to settle the matter before John Barilaro gives evidence to a parliamentary committee next week,” he said.
