The Australian Maritime Safety Authority said it received a distress signal from an emergency locator transmitter from a US-registered Super Puma helicopter travelling from Broken Hill to Albury at about 10am.Two people were on board and police have confirmed one has died and the second is seriously injured and being taken to hospital in Melbourne.
