"I feel so bad for the metro station, they've been flooded so many times before, its just crazy," a Camden resident told 9News.Farmers on horseback trying to move cattle to higher ground at Camden became cut off by floodwaters. Emergency services were called to try and work out how to rescue the pair before the Nepean River rose any further.

"It was rising quickly, we sort of got cut off a bit and just went for the highest ground," Tony Biffin, one of the farmers, said.State Emergency Service helped to bring the two farmers to safety but they were forced to leave the horses behind. "We were moving the cattle and all of a sudden it was too hard and too fast to swim the horses out," Norm Flegg, one of the farmers, said.
