Overwatch 2 is still dealing with a number of issues, with heroes Bastion and Torbjörn related to big gameplay bugs.

Unfortunately, Blizzard's solution seems to have been overkill, as a number of players then reported a new issue: after these heroes were removed, some players then couldn't access some other heroes either. Players over in theare reporting that they're unable to play as other characters, and Blizzard then posted another update:"The team is aware of a new issue that prevents players from accessing all their owned heroes.
