A P-plater who lost his licence on the spot after being busted allegedly drink driving was caught four hours later again travelling at more than 200km/h.

New South Wales Police were conducting random roadside breath testing on Friday about 8pm at Bateau Bay on the state's Central Coast and stopped a 24-year-old man. In NSW, a zero Breath Alcohol Concentration limit applies for all learner, and provisional 1 and 2 drivers.
