A parliamentary review has found Victoria’s pandemic laws have been confusing and easily misinterpreted.The two reviews tabled in parliament on Friday investigated visitation rules at hospitals and quarantine, testing and isolation orders, finding that the COVID-19 pandemic and Victoria’s public health response “contributed to Victoria’s mental health crisis”.
