Barry Robson is set for a busy end to the window as he looks to finalise his Pittodrie squad.
Aberdeen have agreed a deal and terms for Pape Habib Gueye – with the contract subject to a work permit being issued.
The former Senegal Under-20 striker has played his entire senior career in Europe with Norwegian side Aalesunds and then with Belgian side Kortrijk. Barry Robson has already overhauled his squad as he looks for what will be a successful domestic and European assault and he has now brought in 12 players to help with the demands on both fronts. Robson is unlikely to do much more before the close of the window, although Celtic’s Liam Scales remains on the radar.
