The incident happened close to Bedford Park in Southport as the child was on their way home from school. A school in the area circulated an email to parents on Tuesday afternoon stating the teenager was approached by a "chubby" man with short brown or black hair.
Police have been contacted about the incident which happened last week. The email also claims that another man may also have been involved but this has not been confirmed.The email said: "Please be aware that a teenager near Bedford Park has reported to the police that a man exposed himself to him. The child reported the man to be quite “chubby with short black or brown hair."
