Dominic Perrottet has made a major call on taxes for households and businesses with less than a month to go until the NSW election, as he also slammed Labor's commitment.

Premier Dominic Perrottet on Tuesday announced a re-elected Coalition government would not introduce any new tax measures - a commitment that was swiftly matched by the Labor opposition.

Prior to Mr Perrottet's press conference, a statement specifically mentioned the measure will benefit households and small businesses but the Premier confirmed big businesses will also be included in the commitment. The annual tax is an option for first home buyers who purchase properties worth up to $1.5 million, while stamp duty concessions remain for homes purchased between $650,000 and $800,000.
