Temperatures should dip to near and below freezing by morning. There could be a passing snowflake.Winds should be gusting in a 30 to 40 mph range from morning into midday. Wind chills will probably settle into the teens for most of the day. Daytime temperatures should mainly be in the upper 20s and lower 30s.
Wind chills are expected to fall into the single digits near sunset and then toward zero overnight as actual lows fall to about 10 or 15 degrees.
