Raptor tactical teams stormed into a luxury waterfront unit at Pyrmont this morning and arrested Tamem 'Timmy' Chandab before escorting him outside with a black jacket covering his face.

It's understood Mr Chandab was arrested after police stopped a car in Sydney's CBD earlier this year and discovered $250,000 in cash. Detective Superintendent Rob Critchlow said today the money laundering syndicate allegedly had links to the forgery of documents."There are also other allegations in this investigation into the misuse of COVID-19 vaccination certificates and the forgery of official documents," he said.
