A blowtorch and jerrycan have been carelessly left behind after three offenders allegedly deliberately set fire to a popular Melbourne business.

Authorities were called to the Sonsa Market store in Melbourne’s inner northern suburb of Collinwood about 3am after three people smashed and lit the grocer on fire.
