Queensland Police have issued an emergency declaration as negotiators try to talk to a man and a woman locked inside a Brisbane home.
The declaration was made under the Public Safety Preservation Act at 1.13pm on Friday in Sunnybank Hills.

Bradman St, between Bellrick and Peterkin St, have been blocked off to pedestrians and vehicles entering the area.People within zone are ordered to stay within buildings.
