A police probe has been ordered to investigate why a couple travelling from Victoria to Roma was forced to travel 500km into hotel quarantine in Brisbane., who said they had been treated like "criminals" after being given mixed quarantine messaging.
Deputy Commissioner Steve Gollschewski said he was aware of Mr Legg and Ms Anderson's situation and asked for a "complete briefing" on their experience to figure out what went wrong. "We don't need test results - test results are too late - please, no one out there rely on test results."Speaking from their seventh day of hotel quarantine today, Ms Anderson said the couple wasn't doing "too bad".
