Escalating tensions between the Hells Angels and Comanchero bikie gangs could be behind two recent drive-by shootings in Adelaide's north, police say.
Two Hells Angels members were recently arrested on firearm chargesA Comanchero member has faced court today over one of the shootings — at an Ingle Farm home last month.
Officers from the Crime Gangs Task Force say they went to the house after members of the public reported gunshots on June 23. "Our investigations are moving quickly and, despite the arrest yesterday, the Crime Gangs Task Force are continuing the search for the firearm and the driver of a silver Ford Focus who may have assisted with this crime," Chief Inspector David Huddy said.
Detectives believe the Ingle Farm shooting could be linked to a second shooting at a Munno Para West home over the weekend.
