Police have seized millions of dollars worth of illegal drugs following an investigation into alleged large-scale drug supply across Sydney. 9News

seized four kilograms of methylamphetamine in Homebush and arrested two men, aged 32 and 35, about 1.15pm yesterday.

"During a search of the 32-year-old man's car, investigators located a pair of knuckle dusters, capsicum spray and a knife," NSW Police said in a statement.The 4kg of methylamphetamine has an estimated street value of $6 million.Those items will be forensically examined. Detectives later executed a search warrant at an address on Avenue of Europe in Newington, where they seized a mobile phone.

The 35-year-old man was charged with three counts of supplying a drug in a large commercial quantity and supplying a prohibited drug in a large commercial quantity.
