A Queensland police sergeant has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and suffocation.
Police issued a statement on Friday confirming the sergeant, 51, had been charged with three counts of sexual assault and two counts of suffocating in a domestic relationship, with the alleged offences occurring while he was off-duty.Police said the sergeant had been suspended from duty.
