Tasmania Police want to speak to a motorcyclist as they continue to investigate the death of a woman at Sorell, north-east of Hobart.

About 3:30pm on Wednesday, police found the body of a 40-year-old woman inside a unit on Walker Street, Sorell, north-east of Hobart. "We've spoken to many of the residents there. It is a close-knit community," Detective Inspector Rebecca Davis from Bellerive CIB said.
