The WA Premier has admitted previous efforts to counsel Stephen Kaless over his conduct failed, as the fallout continues from the senior media adviser's resignation over an"inappropriate touching incident" at an office Christmas party.
The prior incident came to light following what was described as"unwelcome touching" involving a fellow staff member at a Christmas function this year, which resulted in an immediate suspension of Mr Kaless and his subsequent resignation this week.
