has offloaded his Toorak penthouse, the latest sale in a string of high-profile property deals linked to the son of late British billionaireThe glass-encased penthouse was listed with an $11 million to $12 million price guide through Marshall White’s Marcus Chiminello. While the final sale price remains undisclosed, local property sources have said it sold within the guide. Mr Chiminello could not be reached for comment.

The property does not have any heritage overlay, which gives the Commins the option to renovate or rebuild. It also features a pool, lift and city views.
