Sky News can reveal the Prime Minister is monitoring for COVID symptoms after a positive case attended Kirribilli House, in Sydney.

NSW Health has advised the person attended Scott Morrison’s press conference on Wednesday while potentially infectious.

New close contact rules, which came into effect on Friday at 12am, means Mr Morrison is spared from having to isolate. A spokesperson for the Prime Minister has told Sky News, “Kirribilli House residents and staff members are acting in accordance with the instructions from NSW Health. “As per the NSW Health guidelines, the Prime Minister was not required to isolate or get tested and will monitor for symptoms.”Read More
