Prince Harry has revealed his secret to 'mental fitness'' in an interview with US Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim.
"Mental fitness helps us unlock it. It's an ongoing practice, one where you approach your mind as something to flex, not fix."
The coaching service, which is aimed at building resilience, believes the mind is"something to flex, not fix"."Throughout the years of travelling around the world, what I saw was the similarities of experiences of trauma, of loss, of grief, of being human," Prince Harry said in the video. The Duke of Sussex received a significant amount of backlash the last time he spoke on mental fitness.
Prince Harry increasingly sounds like a candidate for the much-missed Transcendental Meditation Party, whose chief policy involved curing traffic jams by encouraging everyone to levitate through the power of thought.
