We’re working really hard to try to bring that turnover rate down. And the low teens is where we want to get it to, but it’s also a reflection of the tightest labour market.”

“That then links into our alliance strategy with organisations like Microsoft or SAP or Salesforce, the big cloud providers [like Amazon Web Services].”
