Qantas has dropped its prices on 20 international routes for the first time since the COVID pandemic. Those who like to travel in style are in luck as the long-awaited discounts are for both business and premium economy seat holders. The “premium cabin sale” launched Friday and will close on Thursday, June 20. The discounts will apply to trips booked between July 2024 and May 2025. The sale fares are for 20 international routes including Los Angeles, New York, Nadu, Seou, Hong Kong and Tokyo.

A return flight from Sydney to London in business class costs as little as $8949. Seats which are booked using Qantas’ frequent flyer program will experience extra taxes, feed and carrier charges. Last month, Qantas struck a long-awaited $3 billion deal with Perth Airport over a new terminal for the airline, resolving a dispute said to have held back the development of Perth as Australia’s “western gateway”.
