Woolworths eComX managing director Sally Copland said the new facility was to deal with the spike in demand for home deliveries."In the last three years, here in Queensland in particular, the demand for online shopping has actually tripled," she said. "Leave the kids or your pets in the car, the team will come out and put your groceries in the boot and away you go," Copland said.Workers will arrive at the store every morning to bake fresh bread and pastries to order.
