Queensland has recorded 369 cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, as authorities warned of an escalation in numbers, as in NSW and Victoria.
“I want everyone to stay safe over the Christmas and New Year period but we will see an escalation in cases like we’re seeing in other states,” Ms Palaszczuk said. But he said there was just one person in the intensive care unit, and that person was not on a ventilator.
