Officers allegedly found a three-month-old girl "not breathing" at a Redland Bay home on September 2, 2011.

"The baby was transported to the Redland Bay Hospital and later the Mater Children's Hospital, where she died on September 6, 2011," Queensland Police said in a statement."The matter was investigated at the time, with the status of the investigation remaining undetermined." Police said they received further information about the incident in January this year and commenced a new investigation.

"Yesterday, a 30-year-old Kingston woman was arrested and charged with murder ," police said.Continue reading
