Rachel Van Oyen has pleaded guilty to two counts of careless driving causing death in Northam Magistrates Court on Monday.
Rachel Van Oyen, from Halls Head in Perth's southern suburbs, was behind the wheel when her car crashed off the road and hit a tree between Southern Cross and Merredin in February.She was charged over the crash in June.Van Oyen cried as Magistrate Sarah Oliver read out the names of her daughters while she entered pleas to the charges in Northam Magistrates Court on Monday.
