Dean Shiels believes Rangers CAN overcome PSV once again and says the fans deserve those big Champions League nights at Ibrox.

I think Rangers have got that experience of going through these types of situations in the past three or four years so hopefully that will stand them in good stead in the Netherlands and a good start into the game. I think it is still there for them.
He continued: "When Gio [van Bronckhorst] went to the final of the Europa League, that wave they rode on was exciting and they gathered so much momentum from that. It was a great journey and were so unlucky in the end. "You really need a strong mentality to play for Rangers. Once the new players start to gel and build relationships on and off the pitch. One we get that consistency they will come strong."
He joked: "I've been quite busy over the last six weeks so I am putting excuses in the way that I haven't been doing any training so today is maybe the day I'll start!"
