Boss Paul McColl hopes for a good gate for their 125th anniversary Legends game against former Ibrox stars
Rangers hero Mark Hateley will be in town this weekend for a Legends match which Cambuslang Rangers hope will provide them with a pre-season cash boost.
Cambuslang will take on a Rangers Legends side, managed by Hateley, with another former Ibrox star, Colin Hendry, expected to feature for the visitors. “We need to try and get money in because every week football is money – cutting the grass, buying water, paying for refs, so it’s constant money, so it would be great to get some in this weekend.He added: “There’s a thing online about ‘Cambuslang Rangers’ future’ and it’s all made up. It’s as if we’re going out of business – we’re better off than a lot of teams, some others don’t pay their players anything.
