The new and improved Christian McCaffrey has used his body transformation to outmuscle and outrun rivals as he tears up in the NFL.

The Carolina Panthers running back sculpted himself into a chiselled adonis during the off-season and the results of his dramatic body transformation are plain for all to see.

Steve Smith previously held Carolina’s record for most all-purpose yards in a season — 1994 — set back in 2001 and McCaffrey became the 15th player to pass 2100 scrimmage yards in one of their first three years in the league, perAdd to that a league-high 18 touchdowns and it’s obvious the ripped 23-year-old entering this season in the best shape of his career has paid off big time.
