Road rage shooting in Alief leaves woman 'lucky to be alive,' she says

"You’re not expecting to pick up groceries and come back and some random person shoots you," Rios said."I’m lucky to be alive, blessed." According to On Scene reporters, shattered glass from the shooting caused a laceration to Rios' head.
