Melbourne’s hotly anticipated roadmap out of lockdown has finally been released – but experts warn it could devastate businesses.

Fronting the media on Sunday afternoon, Premier Daniel Andrews delivered the crushing news that the current strictlockdown, which was due to end in mid-September, would now be extended for an extra fortnight in metro Melbourne.
