The Royal Commission has handed down its final report into the Robodebt scandal, which has revealed it 'recommends referrals of individuals for civil and criminal prosecution'.
Royal Commissioner Catherine Holmes delivered her report, which is more than 990 pages, to Governor-General David Hurley on Friday morning.
"There is also an additional sealed chapter that is not part of the bound report. It recommends referrals of individuals for civil and criminal prosecution." About 443,000 people on benefits were sent letters wrongly accusing them of owing the government money, which led to some committing suicide.
