Roy Keane has recalled being interviewed by new Manchester United sporting director Dan Ashworth as he looked to get back into club management
Roy Keane has lifted the lid on being interviewed by Manchester United’s new sporting director, Dan Ashworth .

The former Sunderland boss has held coaching roles with Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa and Ireland in more recent times.
Neville assured United fans that the club will not resort to panic signing under Ashworth’s leadership. The Sky Sports pundit added: “He’s done a good job wherever he’s been, Dan Ashworth, and one thing he is, is stable and he’ll make reasoned decisions.
