There are growing concerns a Russian invasion of Ukraine is imminent –as the United States and its NATO allies ramp up their response to the escalating tensions at the border. Mr Morrison says it’s up to joint citizens to make decisions about their own safety but warns it’s a volatile situation. Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese has echoed the message and says “the intimidation should stop, and Russia should just back off”.
