Police said he walked away with cash and alcohol, but returned to the hotel a short time later and gave the money back to staff, before leaving again.A 32-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with robbery, theft and assaulting police. Police said they responded to intruder alarms at a pharmacy on Tapleys Hill Road just before 4:30am, where they reportedly found a medication room door ajar.
Police said officers found the man hiding behind a bus shelter, allegedly in possession of medication and a walkie-talkie.
