A grand jury has formally charged a San Antonio man with intoxicated manslaughter charges in connection with a deadly drunken driving crash in March.On ExpressNews.com:Del Toro was intoxicated when he drove his vehicle into another vehicle occupied by Jessica Brill on March 27, according to the BexarCounty District Attorney’s office. The indictment alleges that Del Toro failed to take necessary and proper evasive action to avoid driving his vehicle into Brill’s.
The case is being prosecuted in the 226th District Court in Bexar County. If convicted, Del Toro could face up to 20 years in prison and a possible fine of up to $10,[email protected]
