The San Jose Police Department said in a series of tweets that the suspect had barricaded himself inside a home or a shed in the 100 block of Bendorf Drive in a residential neighborhood a few blocks east of the Edenvale Shopping Center. Police said they believe suspect is responsible for shooting and killing a man on Tuesday night in the 1400 block of Mt. Shasta Drive, police said.
Patrol and Special Operations personnel are currently at the scene of a barricaded suspect in the 100 block of Bendorf Dr.The suspect also fired a gun at Officers during a pursuit.
