Brandon Doege — 29, who was fired nearly two years ago by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office following an— was working as a “scare character” at SeaWorld San Antonio, where the boy was attending the park’s Howl-O-Scream event. According to KSAT 12, citing sources familiar with the arrest, the former deputy was wearing a pig mask and costume when he grabbed the teen around the neck, swung him over his body and slammed him onto the floor.Doege was arrested at SeaWorld on a charge of injury to a child, a felony. It’s uncertain what led to the altercation.
Police said a relative of the teenager, only identified by police as a 53-year-old male, confronted Doege, who then physically assaulted the adult.
