The first bus will roll out at 5am on Sunday morning bound for Dublin
The final bus will leave the Europa Buscentre late on Saturday night, which will then close its doors for the last time, following in the footsteps of Great Victoria Street train station,from Sunday with the first bus due to roll out at 5am, bound for Dublin. Rail services will begin from the new £340m integrated hub later in the autumn once rail safety checks have been completed.and Dublin.
Translink chief executive Chris Conway and the station's manager Louise Doyle gave members of the media a sneak preview of the impressive new building on a site visit on Wednesday morning before the first passengers begin arriving on Sunday. The new station will double the number of rail platforms from 4 to 8, with the number of bus stands increasing to 26, catering for up to 20 million passenger journeys a year.
