Senator and former major general Jim Molan believes conflict with China is on the horizon because it 'now has the weaponry that it needs' and rival nations are 'armed to the teeth'.

The former major general in the Australian Defence Force told Sky News Australia many believed a conflict in the Pacific would take a decade but with countries now “armed to the teeth” it was likely to be much sooner.

Picture: Nathan Schmidt Senator Molan said China’s upgraded military capability and growing reach into the Pacific meant it was now able to confidently begin conflict in the region. “So that’s the first one, the second one is to bring Taiwan back into the PRC and so if anything that they can do that achieves both of those is what they will try and do.
