Sezzle is turning to legal arbitrage to deliver for shareholders.

After it was dumped, Sezzle sent an invoice to GameStop for more than $1.4 million, claiming it was damaged by the actions of GameStop, which refused to pay the invoice. GameStop has denied the allegations.

GameStop’s website now alerts customers to two providers of glorified lay-by, one of which is Klarna.
