The head of the developer behind Sirius, Jean-Dominique Huynh, isn’t just hatching plans for The Rocks building, but also for his Vaucluse house.
Developer Nico Tjen has bought a Vaucluse house for $17 million after it failed to settle to Christian Wang for $23 million.
Little was known publicly about Huynh before his JDH Capital purchased the landmark site from the state government in 2019 for $150 million, other than that he is a former Macquarie banker and has family links to Vietnam’s “fashion power couple”,
